Made-to-order leather matching
When the original cover is no longer available: we source leather for your specific vehicle, matching grain and shade.
More about this serviceFrom Toruń we mostly get calls from owners of classics and modern classics — where what counts isn't “like new” but “like original”.
In a classic car restoration has a different aim from an everyday one. The point isn't for the interior to look new, but to look the way it did — keeping the original shade, grain and stitching style. A new, even coating on a seventies seat spoils the car rather than saving it.
We match the colour to preserved, sun-protected areas — most often from under the rear seat or a side that never saw the sun. We recreate the grain so the repaired section has the same texture as the rest.
If the car is to keep its patina, we discuss it before work and agree where conservation ends and refurbishment begins. That is the owner's decision, not ours.
On parts we rebuild, we apply an antiqued finish so the new section doesn't shout against the rest of the interior.
Each of these services has its own page — with a description, the course of work and photos.

More about this serviceA finish with deliberately uneven colour — for period-style furniture and interiors where an even coating would look artificial.
More about this serviceThe most common job: a worn driver's seat bolster and a sagging cushion. Cleaning, filling, re-colouring and protecting the whole surface so the colour matches.

More about this serviceWith a classic, the most important thing is to keep the character of the interior. A seat restored to a high gloss, in a colour that is "almost the same", can spoil a car more than wear does. That's why with older cars we first save the original leather and replace it only when there is really no other way.
If part of the cover has to be replaced, we choose leather of the same thickness, grain and finish as the original. We mix the colour to the existing leather, not to a catalogue. Where the interior has a patina, we can gently age the new part so it doesn't stand out from the rest.
We recreate the thread, stitch spacing and shape of the stitching to the original. On steering wheels and gear knobs we keep the factory stitching pattern.

Send a photo of the whole thing and a close-up of the damage, or just give us a call. From that we tell you whether it can be saved.
We give you the scope of work and the price. If restoration isn't worth it, we'll say so plainly — it happens, and it's better to hear it before than after.
Cleaning, damage repair, re-colouring, protection. On larger jobs we send you progress photos.
We tell you what to care for the leather with and what damages it fastest. That usually decides whether the result lasts for years.
The quickest way is this: a photo of the whole item, a close-up of the damage and a note on what the item or part is. On that basis we'll tell you whether it can be saved and what it will cost.
