Seat and rear bench restoration
The most common job: a worn driver's seat bolster and a sagging cushion. Cleaning, filling, re-colouring and protecting the whole surface so the colour matches.
More about this serviceFrom Lębork we mainly get motorhome and caravan interiors — upholstery that travels for half the year and stands shut up for the other half.
A motorhome combines the problems of a car and a home: the upholstery works as it does in a car, and over winter it stands in a closed, unventilated space like furniture in a cellar. Add the sun through large windows, which in one season can do more than a year of use.
We restore the covers of seats, backrests and beds. In the dinette, the front edges of the seats usually go first — where you slide your legs in.
If the motorhome stood closed up, we check the foam too. A cover fitted over damp foam doesn't stand a chance and will come back to us in a year.
Straight after the season, not a month before you set off — there's time to order material then, and the vehicle is laid up anyway.
Each of these services has its own page — with a description, the course of work and photos.

More about this serviceThe starting point for every restoration. On dirty leather no colour or protector will hold.
More about this serviceLeather exposed to the sun goes stiff — fastest of all in a car. Softening brings back its suppleness before it starts to crack.
More about this serviceProducts that protect against UV, water and denim dye transfer — the most common cause of stains on light-coloured seats.
More about this serviceCampervan upholstery has two periods a year: half a year of intensive use and half a year standing shut up. In season it collects sand, damp towels and sun through the windows; off season — stale air and damp in an unheated interior.
We clean and remove odours, soften leather that has hardened over winter, fill wear on the seats and renew the colour. Finally impregnation, which with this kind of use matters more than in an ordinary car.
Ideally before the season or right after it. Campervan seats and benches can usually be taken out and brought in without the vehicle itself.
The workshop is in Gdańsk, ul. Litewska 12 — Lębork is about 61 km away in a straight line.
Send a photo of the whole thing and a close-up of the damage, or just give us a call. From that we tell you whether it can be saved.
We give you the scope of work and the price. If restoration isn't worth it, we'll say so plainly — it happens, and it's better to hear it before than after.
Cleaning, damage repair, re-colouring, protection. On larger jobs we send you progress photos.
We tell you what to care for the leather with and what damages it fastest. That usually decides whether the result lasts for years.
The quickest way is this: a photo of the whole item, a close-up of the damage and a note on what the item or part is. On that basis we'll tell you whether it can be saved and what it will cost.
