Re-stitching, re-covering, repair of lifting edges.
A motorcycle seat wears faster than a car seat, because it lives outdoors. First the edge underneath comes unstuck, then water gets into the foam, and it starts to rot from the inside — which is why a seat that is “only lifting a little” is worth doing straight away.
We do new covers, re-stitching and spot repairs, and while we're at it, changes that really affect the ride.
What we do
- New covers in a material resistant to water and UV.
- Repairing lifting edges and split seams.
- Decorative stitching, a new pattern, contrast thread.
- Foam adjustment: lowering or raising the seat, changing the firmness.
Worth thinking about
Changing the seat height is the cheapest way to fit a motorcycle to your height — cheaper than the suspension, and reversible if you keep the original. When lowering, we tell you honestly how many centimetres can come off before it gets uncomfortable.
We choose the material for the way you ride: smooth looks better, textured keeps you in the saddle. For a quote, photos of the seat from above and from the side plus the motorcycle model are enough.
